    An old flat, with the services and finishes of its time. It was renovated throughout: light-toned floors, new joinery, a new electrical installation and a complete kitchen, keeping the leaded-glass arches.

We have been renovating in Barcelona since 2014. The work is done by our own team and, while it lasts, you know who to talk to about each thing.

  • Project Manager

    Your point of contact throughout the project. Coordinates the scope, the quote, the contract, the materials, any changes, the schedule and communication between you and the site.

  • Site manager

    Runs the works in your home or premises: coordinates the trades, decides the order in which each one comes in and checks that the work is carried out properly.

  • Architect

    Part of our regular team. When the project needs plans or technical documents, the architect drafts and signs them; for major works, the project and the fees are paid by the client.

We have public liability insurance and two offices in Barcelona: Av. de Pau Casals, 7 (Sarrià-Sant Gervasi) and Carrer de la Independència, 238 (Sant Martí).

  1. Tell us about your project

    Get in touch by form, WhatsApp, email or phone. Tell us what you want to renovate, the scope you have in mind and when you would like to start.

  2. Site visit and measurements

    We come and see it before quoting: we measure the space and check services, downpipes, access and the constraints of the works.

  3. Itemised quote

    With the scope defined, we prepare a detailed itemised quote so you know what each job includes and can compare it. No obligation.

  4. Materials and finishes

    We define materials and finishes with you: flooring, wall coverings, sanitaryware, taps, joinery and the models that form part of your renovation.

  5. Planning and permits

    We organise the phases and the schedule. We handle the assabentat notification, the public road permit and waste; if a comunicat or licence is needed, the architect prepares the documents and we support you.

  6. Works and follow-up

    Your Project Manager coordinates the project and the site manager runs the execution and the trades. If extra work comes up, we assess it, quote for it and tell you. It is only carried out once you approve it.

  7. Handover and final check

    Functional testing and a room-by-room check before handing over.

How long does a full flat renovation take?
